We are searching for a dedicated and organized bank teller to join our team. Bank Teller Duties And Responsibilities

Cash Handling and Transaction Processing

Perform cash handling services, including processing deposits and withdrawals, payments, and balancing a cash drawer. Balancing a cash drawer and assisting with balancing the cash vault. Support the company to ensure it runs effectively and efficiently.

Communication and Collaboration

Communicate effectively and be able to provide critical feedback and receive feedback from others. Collaborate with multiple people across the organization, including employees, and senior management, as needed. Be comfortable working with a variety of different people.

Customer Service

Processing customer requests and delivering exceptional  customer service. Be comfortable working with people in a customer-facing environment. Answering phone calls and emails, as needed.

Administrative

Organizing, tracking, and storing financial information and records. Keeping your area clean and organized. Packaging cash and coins for storage in the cash vault. Supporting the business to ensure its effective and efficient operations.

Reporting

Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive documents. Collecting, organizing, and filing documents. Generating reports as needed.
